Tile and grout have arrived
A full sheet of the brick tile. The bullnose at top will be used for a "picture frame" and the "chair rail" at bottom will transition tile to countertop.

Ivan levels the lower edge of the brick tile
All the tile is up. The adhesive will cure overnight, and grout will go up tomorrow.

The open center of the Wall-O-Cabinets got tile as well. A "picture frame" figure was created by running the brick tile in two directions with bullnose accent between.

This suggests that the kitchen sink finally arrived!
The sink is "e-granite", a synthetic granite whose color goes all the way through the material. No more trying not to scratch stainless steel!
The kitchen faucet went in along with the sink
The new thermostats are online. In addition to using the touchscreen, they can be controlled from smartphone, tablet and PC. Geek nirvana!
