We decided to keep the original garage man-door, so Stretch is putting in new lockworks. Among his other skills, he's a certified locksmith, and he gave us a fascinating tour of a Schlage lock.

The two home theater systems are quite a hodgepodge of old/existing (from both our and my dad's HT systems) and new. This Blu-Ray was actually a freebie that came with the TV.

Hooray, the "old" 5-disc CD/DVD still works. The family room system will use both this and the freebie Blu-Ray player.
The "Top Gun" intro is one of our favorite ways to shake down a new AV system. Oh and BTW, the TV happens to be 3D. That will be interesting.

The master bedroom system uses my dad's 42" LED panel. I am totally geeked that it's wall-mounted with no cables! The amp, Blu-Ray and DVR are hidden on a walk-in closet top shelf.
