Bucyrus 2017

The Bucyrus Bratwurst Festival is a long-standing event in Active Band’s concert season. At 11am a group of volunteers performed in a special “Remembering Our Heroes” event at the local VFW. The concert began at 1:30pm, sponsored by Ryder-Heil Bronze Inc. Post-concert, the band enjoyed its traditional refreshment stop at Julie's/Gus'/Vanessa's/The Bucyrus Diner. A train derailment in the region delayed the parade about a half-hour. The day finished with a wonderful dinner at Herb Klein’s home.
